Primary Duties and Responsibilities
– Achieve sales targets across all relevant lines of business
– Make sales calls and visits to customers
– Present Vision products to the customer in a professional manner, including understanding the overall business, customers, technology, operations, and processes.
– Research, collect, complete and submit tender documents, listing out deviations if any and undertake site meeting in order to gather information and measurements required to quote accurately and timeously.
– Read, analyze, and interpret tender and contract documents, technical specifications, as well as current regulations. Ability to write reports, supply quotations and send business correspondence in a professional manner.
– Follow-ups with client /architects/Consultants for tenders/quotations submitted
– Preparing documents which are required to process awarded contracts as well as the preparation of drawings and order data to suppliers
– Ensuring applicable approval of drawings and other information from client/ /architects/Consultants in order to accurately and timeously place orders from suppliers
– Support the business in resolving and negotiating issues with T’s and C’s, project communication, payment collections, and customer issues, both internally and externally
– Negotiation with Client for technical and commercial, contractual commitments.
– Coordinating and supporting other various departments to process the job as committed to the client with systematic project management.
– Perform administrative paperwork to effectively perform sales function
– Log all projects, activities, opportunities, tasks and maintain customer data in SAP B1
– Regularly review progress with the management team.
– Ad-hoc duties, projects and assignments as required
